TEST KITCHEN

TEST KITCHEN is a unique, stylish, 1700 sq ft (1350 sq ft net) contemporary space in Sai Ying Pun. Over three floors, we can accommodate up to 45 people for a seated function or 90 standing.
Our brilliant kitchen space – which can easily disappear behind our sliding screens – features a 3.5 meter marble countertop, heat lamps, fridge and freezer space, 7 tray combi oven, 4-6 hob induction burner, ventilation and fridge drawers. We also have plating and cutlery, glasses for wine, champagne, cocktails, water and more – and a dishwashing area and machine.
