Maison ES
Following the success of her private kitchen Ta Pantry, Maison ES is chef Esther Sham’s first full-fledged restaurant destination since 2015. Housed in a sun-filled, vintage-inspired venue, the 2,300 sq ft space seeks to transport guests back in time as they dine in the laidback, garden-themed environment designed entirely by Sham herself. Amongst the hand-selected antiques and collectibles sourced from vintage markets around the world, guests are invited to indulge in a comforting yet creative menu of contemporary Asian French fare.
