The good ventilation under high-rise buildings highlights the sense of space throughout the restaurant.
There are semi-outdoor dining areas and open bar separated by sliding doors and large sash windows. In the afternoon or evening, customers may sit here, relax with leisure, and experience Australian food. Darker woods are applied in the restaurant to echo the common building material in Australia – sandstone, and the unique color will arouse customers’ memory of Australia. Locally common large plants are placed inside and outside the restaurant, such as ficus lyrata which should grow in bright, warm and ventilated environment and is much popular among interior designers in recent years by virtue of its wide and fiddle-like leaves.
