Since opening in 2013, Duddell’s is a One MICHELIN-starred Cantonese destination by JIA Group, offering an immersive dining experience where heritage, art, and contemporary culture converge. Following a transformative renovation, the restaurant presents a two-floor concept:



3/F - Main Dining Room delivers refined Cantonese gastronomy through curated tasting menus, artisanal à la carte dishes, and heritage specialties.



4/F - The Upper Room at Duddell’s offers a casual all-day dining and cocktail experience, featuring dim sum, small plates, and weekend brunch.



Duddell’s has been reimagined by internationally acclaimed designer André Fu into a contemporary art collector’s maison. Drawing from Lingnan architecture and the 1920s Diao Lou watchtowers, the duplex interior features chinoiserie-inspired pendants, stained-glass screens, and layered symmetry in a palette of pistachio green, mineral blue, and buttery yellow, set against terrazzo, stained oak, and stucco.
