Commercial Shooting Rental Per Hour $580
*If time exceeds more than 15 minutes, we charge 1 hour fee as extra.
Minimum hours of rental: 3 hours

- Areas include: Kitchen, Decorated Wall, Household Area & Art Gallery Wall
- A space with decent lightings
- The studio has a functional kitchen
- Brand New with around 1000 square feet
- Toilet is equipped

*We also provide services such as bakery classes, party decorations or cake orders.
*Staff will open the door for clients 15 minutes before the booking starts.
*Clients will have to be fully responsible for payments if there are any damages.
*Please do not stick anything with tape or bluetag on the wall.
*If clients choose to cook or bake, we can clean up the venue for you and charge a cleaning fee $500.
