Located on the ground floor of The Hong Kong Museum of Art along the waterfront, Ink offers visitors a captivating alfresco dining experience at the harbour’s edge. Just steps from the iconic Avenue of Stars, this 80-seat eatery and café will serve up grab ‘n’ go bites, refreshing beverages and light meals, with a focus on using crafted in Hong Kong theme.
Ink will offer a unique ‘create your own plate’ concept, with a wide range of ingredients with a focus on seafood from squid ink fried rice and Japanese noodles to homemade pickled package.
The cuisine combined that with six on tap locally-produced brews from Hong Kong craft brewers Gweilo Beer, housemade sodas, gin and tonics on tap and six seasonal ice cream made on the premises, and you have Victoria Harbour’s most exciting new quick casual eatery.
