3Qyaki

3Qyaki is a Japanese Yakitori Izakaya located at the downtown area of Yuen Long, near Long Ping Station (West Railway Station) and Fung Nin Road Light Rail Station. The restaurant has an intimate setting with a bar table and 40 standard seats. Diners love to sit at the bar table while enjoying views of the grilling action and sharing laughter with the restaurant staff. Chefs
Chef in Chief Kee Gor of 3Qyaki has served as a chef of the well-known "NishiKi" over many years, during which the restaurant was awarded as one of the MICHELIN Bib Gourmand Restaurants in 2015.

Head Chef Philip has worked at various Japanese restaurants in the West Coast of the United States and has tremendous work experience with Omakase restaurant "Tenku RyuGin" in Hong Kong. He joins forces with Kee Gor to come up with several special dishes.

3Qyaki Signatures
3Qyaki is a Yakitori restaurant mainly serving Japanese hand-made skewers. Each skewer is hand-made by Chef Kee Gor. In fact, a variety of guest-favourite skewers are created by him, such as Tsukune (Minced Chicken Sticks with Egg Yolk), Chicken Skin Shrimp, Single Bone Chicken Wing, A5 Wagyu, Hokkaido Akkeshi Oyster, Hokkaido scallop, etc. You can also customize your very own party menu with 3Qyaki for your occasion.

In terms of the drinks menu, there is a selection of beer, Sakes and Japanese juice sodas to choose from. Pre-ordering of wine and Sake is also available upon request.

Remarks
There is a minimum charge per person for full venue hire and reservation must be made and confirmed two weeks in advance. A deposit of $2,000 or above will be required for reservations.
