For anyone that has ever lived there or visited, most people would agree that Hong Kong is a pretty exciting, vibrant place.
There's definitely an argument to suggest that it's in the world's top 10 truly "global" cities in terms of commerce and economic importance. The stats back this up - more cargo travels through HK International Airport than any other airport in the world, and the HK stock exchange is the world's 6th biggest. Speaking from personal experience, it's a hugely exciting place to own a business.
But how exciting is HK's cultural and events scene? We would argue "very". The likes of London and New York will always pack a knockout punch in terms of hosting annual events with a global interest, but Hong Kong has a more than respectable portfolio of events to be proud of. Supporting these events is a wide spectrum of incredible venues, from world-class hotels to an astonishing array of restaurants and bars.
In celebration of this aspect of HK, we have created what we think is a pretty neat infographic which portrays the most remarkable of these venues and events in a striking graphical form. We're confident that there are some stats in there which will surprise, and possibly even amaze you! Please take a look, and we'd be delighted if you shared this around.
Big shout-out to the hugely talented Daniil Alexandrov who brought this concept to life. Thanks Daniil.
